Rev. Dr. Joe Parramore Rev. Dr. Joe Parramore is the presiding Executive Presbyter of New Journey Fellowship and Ministries, INC. a welcoming and affirming ministry located in North Florida. His active ministry spans over 3 decades and has been dedicated to the simplicity of Gospel. A Gospel where all persons are welcome at the table.
Dr. Parramore’s work also includes serving as the Chair Person of the Florida Leadership Council for Faith in Public, a Washington, DC based organization that is a national movement of clergy, faith and lay leaders united in the prophetic pursuit of justice, equality and the common good.
He can always be found in the state Capitol, where he seeks to bring about just policies that support civic, social and equality issues for all humanity. He is an accomplished writer, speaker, teacher, pastor and advocate for the LGBTQIA+ communities across the country.
Dr. Parramore is also a member of the Progressive Christian Alliance and resides in North Florida with his husband Jerry of 32 years.
